Awards Selection Criteria
To our great pride, at the BHARAT RATNA SAMMAAN, we have standardized selection procedures that allow us to only offer the best awards. That is why we think that only people who are worthy of being called outstanding, should present the values of our school – excellence, integrity, and service. From the pool of nominees, we start by conducting an assessment of their achievements in their line of work, the supporting role of their work in society, and dedication to their work or cause. We make a point of making the nomination process very public, whilst also undertaking a comprehensive, impartial process in which every nominee has to be subjected to assessments by a panel of jurors.
Our judges are from diverse backgrounds in arts, sciences and technology, public service, and social justice, which gives them vast knowledge and experience. This approach of incorporating several disciplines guarantees that our awards are not only prestigious but also all-encompassing. The criteria we use are designed to identify individuals who have made a lasting impact, who have pushed boundaries, and who have inspired others through their actions. By maintaining such high standards, BHARAT RATNA SAMMAAN ensures that our awards continue to represent the pinnacle of achievement and serve as a beacon of inspiration for others to follow.
