In that sense, our awards and programmes aim at bringing to focus the less known but exemplary struggles and achievements of women who could change their worlds and many more around them. Our main goal is to encourage young girls to be all that they can be, to promote meaningful dreams and the fight against the arising barriers. While being aware of the specific difficulties that women at the workplace might experience, BHARAT RATNA SAMMAAN is also aimed at providing opportunities for women’s professional development and networking.

The fight for equality is still ongoing by not only accrediting our recognition to women, but involving ourselves as agents in helping create safe platforms for women to get together, learn from each other, and together help in spearheading the reforms necessary for change. Through recognizing the women leaders, BHARAT RATNA SAMMAAN aims at enhancing the society and providing more women chances to be leaders. We do know that it is only proper that women should also be empowered and we are happy that we have been part of this process in our nation.
