In the course of leadership development, the BHARAT RATNA SAMMAAN avails a variety of forms such the workshops, training, internships, etc where youth get to discover and practice their talents within the given fields of interest. In our view, it means that leadership development for the young entails training them to be critical thinkers and creative problem-solvers who will be prepared to address the ever-growing challenges of a world that is becoming progressively more complicated.

Another strength revealed by the stakeholders’ interviews is that BHARAT RATNA SAMMAAN targets youths as proof of an organization that supports youths’ development. Our goal is to raise the next generation of leaders with a vision to improve society and actively participate in the societies’ endeavors. We also strive to teach the core values of our participants such as inclusion, teamwork as well as ethical leadership to enable our participants to be responsible citizens in society.

In addition, BHARAT RATNA SAMMAAN seeks opportunities to engage youths on issues that affect society in order for them to voice and participate in their ideas. This also empowers young people and helps them be heard so that their opinions and problems are heeded. By today’s work, it is the mission of BHARAT RATNA SAMMAAN to bring out the qualities of the future leaders of tomorrow to build a better tomorrow for everyone.
